Over 2 decades of diverse business knowledge, with first-hand experience in the implementation of strategic imperatives to drive business growth, enhance customer experience and achieve operational efficiencies in the commercial banking and telecommunication sectors.
With a firm belief in enabling people to deliver at their best potential through continuous learning and growth, Cheryl, has over the last 25 years, trained, coached, and developed many leaders and practitioners within the local project management industry, and has served as the President of the PMI Jamaica Chapter.
Sherrette Harrison-McCarthy, Managing Member
Sherrette has over twenty-five (25) years of professional experience, with 16+ years as a certified Project Manager,
providing strategic leadership within regional and global corporations, primarily within information technology, telecommunications, and financial sectors
She has provided strategic leadership and project governance for multimillion-dollar transformation projects that created mission-critical solutions that significantly increased operational efficiencies and business value for both internal and external clients.
A proven problem solver, she drives teams’ success by adept organizational skills and focused executions. A critical thinker, she holds an impeccable track record for proficiently managing initiatives of varying complexities. Sherrette’s highly diversified skill sets cover Programme Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Process Reengineering, Curriculum Development & Training, Technical Writing, Information Systems Auditing, Systems Quality Assurance Analysis and Testing.
